Linear guides for machine builders
When a guide goes into a new design, the expensive mistake is a mounting dimension that does not match the drawing you already have. Our HG and EG blocks follow the standard hole spacing, so an existing design carries over without re-machining.
- HG/EG-standard mounting, so the carriage and rail seat do not change
- Accuracy C to UP and preload Z0 to ZB, specified together rather than guessed
- Rail cut to the stroke you need, from 100 mm, with the drawing confirmed before production
